I invite you to Retreat to Serenity and join our small group of Yogini's as we spend 3 luscious days on the beach in Laguna Beach, CA. Southern California's weather is beautiful in April and May ..... and actually all year long! Come and join us on the beach!
Our YogaGoga Beach Retreat offers:
* 5 hours of Yoga Sessions overlooking the ocean and on the beach!
* Yoga sessions are offered both morning and evening with one evening being lead in candlelight!
* Guided Meditations on the Sandy Beach
* 1 free Reiki session (energy work) included
* 1 free Journal and Journaling exercises

* Creative Art Painting for beginners on canvas
* Vision/Storyboard Collage
As a participant you will be led and nurtured as your body, spirit and mind feel EMPOWERMENT and a DEEPER UNDERSTANDING!
Your Goals and Life will become much more clear as we embark on heartfelt topics and get to the core of what really matter in our lives and our future!
Participants will receive a journal to write their guided meditation experiences and spiritual insights in. The journaling, Reiki and mediations and, of course, Yoga, coupled with the beautiful serentiy of the ocean will greet each of us as we delve deep!
Free time for beach walks, jacuzzi, swimming in the heated pool, visiting art museums and dinner in downtown Laguna Beach.

Two night room accomadations plus continental breakfast at the Laguna Beach Reef Inn, directly across from the Montage Resort. Our hotel provides us with direct beach access and vistas of the ocean from the pool area and balcony.
Retreat is led by Jacquie Freeman, a Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga Teacher who teaches at a Yoga studio in Riverside and leads Yoga Beach retreats in Southern California, Hawaii and Mexico.
Jacquie is also a Reiki Master. Reiki is an extremely relaxing energy work. Jacquie teaches Reiki levels 1 and 2 and offers Reiki Shares & Healing Circles each month.
Jacquie also holds a Masters Degree in Counseling and had a very successful career as an Elementary School Counselor for 24 years. She was distinguished from her colleagues by being selected as the California School Counselor of the Year in 1997! She retired from the School District in 2009 after a very honored and rewarding career!
Jacquie has been strongly influenced by legendary visionaries and motivational speakers having personally met and trained with Jack Canfield, Zig Zigler, and Anthony Robbins.
